Laura and Paolo are a duo with a unique back story. He lives in Rome; she lives in Shoreham. Their collaboration started a year ago in the online music community and they are meeting in person for the first time to bring you this “one-time only” gig at the Welly – a chance to share their music with a “real-world” audience.
Laura and Paolo’s music combines his soulful guitar playing with her bright vocals and intricate harmonies and their repertoire of songs will surprise and delight. With an appearance from guest musician, Andrea, on keys, Laura and Paolo will entertain you with a mixture of well-loved covers from the likes of Carole King, Joan Baez and Crosby, Stills & Nash and eclectic songs from artists including the Milk Carton Kids and Samantha Fish.
