Three of the town’s most enduring acts return to the Duke for an eclectic evening of traditional Shoreham weirdness.
THE LOVELY BROTHERS
Your hosts for the evening are a dysfunctional family of cabaret punks, loosely corralled into the shape of a musical comedy act. An unholy mix of music hall ditties, punk riffs and soft rock ballads. Watch in horror as satirical tirades tumble forth from their gurning, masked mouths. Somehow, despite all logic, they are still going.
HONEYTREE
In the worlds before Monkey, primal chaos reigned. Heaven sought order but the Phoenix can fly only when its feathers are grown. The four worlds formed again and yet again. As endless aeons passed Honeytree still continued to meet once a month to make rock music together. See how they’ve grown older but still possess Monkey magic.
THE 55TH FLOTILLA
Sail the seas of the 303s with the fearsome Cole brothers, once feared in these parts as the vanguard of the Shoreham Electronic Alliance.
