Yes – every second Tuesday of the month at nine we open up the microphone to any one with a few scribbles on a scrap of paper and a need to express themselves through speakers – that is to say, that it isn’t necessarily poetry. We also take personal stories, ranting and comedy as well as all forms of excellent verbiage.

The event will be iced with a feature piece at the end – this is anything from the aforementioned categories – expect comedy, personal stories and the Matt Szul strip show. We’d be happy to have you along, so drop by and join us for Words at the Welly!
