What is it?

Naturally carbonated ‘living ale’, served fresh as it should be. After enjoying a secondary fermentation at optimum cellar temperature, thenserved on draught in peak condition (ideally around 13 degrees C), the object of this very British tradition is to taste the full unmasked flavours of ale kept and served at it’s very freshest! We are committed to monitoring the quality and freshness of our ever changing range of Ales. We keep a selection of Keg and Bottled beers, paying compliment to the best of Continental styles. The result: as our sadly departed Landlord Brodie used to say is; “a sweetie shop for beer lovers”.
